but still, calories are not everything. even if the freakin subway sandwich was “lowest” in calories, I still wouldn’t eat that shit. 

No, but if the calories are not correct, the other nutrients and macronutrients listed are probably also incorrect.

I do agree, though; it’s better to skip the fast food and processed stuff and eat more natural foods or at least foods that you prepare in your own home.
